Booking Guide

If you’re looking to book a tattoo session with me, you’re in the right place. Please take a minute to read the following details. You’ll find a link to the Booking Form at the bottom of the page. Thank you for dropping by :)

General Info

My studio is open Monday - Sunday. Sessions are available to book from 11am - 6pm. Please note that we can only confirm your appointment once your deposit has been secured and your request has been reviewed. In your initial request please provide as much information as possible (sizing, placement, reference photos, etc).

Custom designs are usually presented two to three days prior to the session date <3

Depending on the day of your session we may allow a +1 for emotional support, as needed, but on our busier days we ask that only those who have bookings visit us at the studio <3

To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, we reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. We appreciate your understanding in helping us keep the studio a positive space! <3

Pricing & Deposits

My appointment minimum is $180 per piece, per person for Custom Fineline Lettering, while all other Custom Fineline work starts from $250+ per piece, per person. My current average quote is around $300 - $400. Every client making a reservation is required to make a non-refundable ₩75,000 deposit per tattoo that counts toward their session total.

If there are two clients booking for the same session, priority will be given to whoever makes their deposit first <3

Please be advised that these prices apply only to my Seoul clients! Depending on the city and shop that I’m guesting at the prices will be adjusted to market rates <3

Payment Methods

We accept both cash and wire transfers as valid forms of payment. Cash is accepted in both USD and KRW. For clients wiring money from overseas accounts please make your payments using Wise.

No Show and Late Policy

Please be advised that appointments will incur a late fee of $30 if clients show up more than 15 minutes late. This is to ensure that the next sessions are not affected and our studio and the following clients are not negatively impacted. Depending on our schedule for the day the session may be canceled outright to ensure the next clients are not affected.

Design Process

Once your session has been secured this is when I’ll get started on drafting up your designs. Designs will usually be sent out up to three days before the session date. In the meantime it will be helpful to send over your design inspo (both written and visual). Once you take a peek at your design, we will have up to two opportunities for revisions. Please be sure to be available on email or IG during the days leading up to your session to ensure you receive your drafts and provide any feedback you might have. All designs must be confirmed at least 24 hours before your session to ensure that all of your design notes are relayed properly to my staff <3

For any additional drafts there will be a $30 fee added to the session total.

Touch-up Policy

We offer one free touch-up within 3 months of your initial session. For touch-up sessions beyond that date and up to 1 year there is a $50 fee. Please be advised that tattoos in some areas such as the finger, behind-the-ear and other placements will not qualify for any free touch ups. All touch-up spots will be scheduled at the artist’s convenience. Please arrive on time as no guests are allowed due to the short service. Appointments will be canceled if you're more than 15 minutes late, and a $50 rescheduling fee will apply. Some flexibility may be available for rescheduling within the same month if spots are open.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Please double, triple check the date when you book your session. Your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Depending on availability it may be possible to move your session to a later date in the month if you notify us at least 72+ hours before your scheduled appointment. If the request to move your appointment was made from our side then you will not need to make a new deposit.

Please be advised that I do not use any emails ending in gmail.com and bookings@mindori.co and mindori@mindori.co are the only emails I use to communicate with my clients. I do not use any other social media other than @mindori_dreams (ig), @mindori_studio (ig), and @mindori_dreams (tiktok).
